We are
Instinctive,
Energetic,
Global,
Boundary Pushers,
& Mango Lovers
Our team is made of women of color from around the world. We bring together women who are well-established in their fields and eager self-starters who just need the right opportunity. Our common link? We love to grow great things, together.
Our Core Values
01
Future-Proof Thinkers
We think ahead. In our ever-changing digital world, we have to be on top of it. We have a steady pulse on the world around us, and the industries that our clients operate in. We think of solutions from every angle, and keep a lens of skepticism in mind – to protect against unexpected situations in the future. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
02
Global-Minded
Each member of our team brings a distinct set of differences to the table – or to the zoom meeting – which is what makes us so “ready”. There is no situation we can’t handle, when our unique differences and perspectives on the world come together. We hold respect for individuals, brands, and organizations who come to us from around the world.
03
Honest
We believe the best ideas stem from diverse opinions. When we feel that projects won’t be the right fit, we’re open about it. We pride ourselves in our learned ability to keep a steady stream of communication and openness when beginning any project. We ensure you’re getting your money’s worth, so we won’t be shy to give a different opinion.
04
Ethical & Authentic
Whether it be with each other, our clients and past clients, we uphold a sense of kindness and warmth when approaching any relationship. Our ethics guide our relationships and the work we do, which is why we handpick our clients. We believe that moving in our world with empathy and appreciation is the way forward.

Afshan Nasseri
FOUNDER,
LEAD STRATEGIST
My name is Afshan and one year ago I thought that my life today would be very different. Starting in an entry-level marketing role in NYC, I soon realized that an immense gap persists between founders of startups and the marketing activities and people required. Since then, I’ve worked with multiple brands in industries from healthcare to aerospace to bring their voices to life in the social media space. My expertise lies in social media strategy, storytelling, brand strategy, and more. Know more

My favorite memory would be eating mangoes at my grandma’s house when I visited her in Kerala. We’d enjoy quality time while eating a plate of fresh mangoes everyday.
